QG Horizon provides Amazon FBA shipping and logistics services, including but not limited to:
- Freight forwarding (air, ocean, rail, and fast boat shipping)
- Shipping quotes and consultation
- Customs clearance assistance
- Warehouse and logistics coordination
- Shipment tracking and management
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without prior notice.
Shipping Services and Quotes
Quote Accuracy
All shipping quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply. Actual costs may vary based on:
- Actual weight and dimensions of shipments
- Changes in carrier rates or fuel surcharges
- Customs duties and taxes
- Additional services requested
- Changes in routing or delivery requirements
Shipment Requirements
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipment information (weight, dimensions, contents, value)
- Proper packaging of goods according to carrier requirements
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Obtaining necessary export/import licenses and permits
- Payment of all duties, taxes, and fees
- Ensuring goods are not prohibited or restricted items
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Carrier delays or issues
- Customs inspections or clearance delays
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Force majeure events
- Incorrect or incomplete shipment information
- Amazon FBA receiving delays
Pricing and Payment
Fees
You agree to pay all fees associated with the Services you request. Fees may include:
- Freight charges
- Fuel surcharges
- Customs clearance fees
- Warehouse handling fees
- Insurance premiums
- Additional service charges
Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur:
- Late payment fees

- Suspension of services
- Withholding of shipments until payment is received
Disputes
Any billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of the invoice date. Failure to dispute charges within this period constitutes acceptance of the charges.
Liability and Insurance
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QG Horizon's liability for loss, damage, or delay to shipments is limited to:
- The declared value of the shipment, if insured
- The carrier's standard liability limits, if not insured
- The lesser of the actual loss or the invoice amount for the shipment
We are not liable for:
- Acts of God or force majeure events
- Inherent defects or characteristics of the goods
- Improper packaging
- Delays beyond our reasonable control
- Indirect, consequential, or special damages
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing cargo insurance for your shipments. Insurance coverage is optional and subject to additional fees. Claims must be filed within the time limits specified in the insurance policy.
Claims
Claims for loss or damage must be filed:
- Within 7 days of delivery for visible damage
- Within 14 days of delivery for concealed damage
- Within 30 days for non-delivery
Claims filed after these deadlines may not be accepted.
Prohibited Items
You may not ship the following items using our Services:
- Illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Weapons, ammunition, or explosives
- Hazardous materials (unless properly declared and authorized)
- Counterfeit or pirated goods
- Items that violate intellectual property rights
- Human remains or body parts
- Live animals (except where legally permitted)
- Currency or negotiable instruments (unless authorized)
- Items prohibited by carrier, customs, or applicable law
Violation of this provision may result in:
- Immediate termination of services
- Confiscation and disposal of goods
- Legal action and criminal prosecution
- Your responsibility for all associated costs and penalties
Customs and Compliance
You are responsible for:
- Compliance with all import/export regulations
- Accurate declaration of shipment contents and value
- Payment of all customs duties, taxes, and fees
- Providing required documentation for customs clearance
- Compliance with trade sanctions and embargoes
We may assist with customs procedures but are not responsible for customs delays, seizures, or penalties resulting from your non-compliance.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content

Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and QG Horizon regarding the use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.
